Everything was immaculately clean and fine. Because of a problem with the family room I was upgraded and had good value for money room with a good size bath. The staff was excellent and amicable, and requests were handled quickly. Had savoury drinks in the main bar in the evening.
Some people working there were not very friendly.

This place is lovely small and cheerful for a weekend trip, would recommend. It is an original building, the rooms are spotless and airy on top of cupboard. The breakfast variety is gorgeous with vegetarian sausages, good service. The location is great and lovely, to Boardmasters festival.

The breakfast offered was sensational and great with vegetarian sausages, couldn't have asked for more. My room was airy & modern with electric heaters, cupboard, for example. The location was perfect - close to really nice beach, St Ives, and Porth and the Town Centre. Besides, an expansive beach was 1 km away from the venue.
